This place is awesome! I’m a regular, not only are the drinks amazing but the atmosphere feels homelike, which starts with their incredible staff such as Tyler! He goes above and beyond in service to the establishment and its frequent or non frequent attendees. If you stop in, ask for em to help you! 😎

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bula Kavananda Kava Bar & Coffee House was an incredible experience! Tyler was absolutely phenomenal. I walked in knowing almost nothing about kava, the botanical blends, kombucha, or even what made their coffee different, and he took the time to patiently explain everything without ever making me feel out of place or rushed. He answered all of my questions with genuine enthusiasm and made the experience fun and educational. I’m a bit of a coffee snob from Washington State, where I’ve been spoiled by amazing craft coffee, so my expectations are pretty high. Tyler recommended the Bulletproof Coffee, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time—smooth, rich, perfectly balanced, and expertly prepared. If you’re curious about kava, botanicals, or just want an exceptional cup of coffee, Bula Kavananda Kava Bar & Coffee House is worth the visit. Ask for Tyler—his customer service, knowledge, and passion made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Tampa!

Absolutely LOVE this place! 🙌 From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family!! Whether you’re looking for a chill spot to hang out, get some work done, or just unwind, this is the place to be. The kava is hands down the best in town, and Heather and Tom are the heart of it all 💯 They create an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Great drinks, amazing people, and unbeatable vibes. This place is hands down my favorite kava bar. I dont like to spend my money at any other kava bar bc it is quite literally the best botanical tea i have ever had. Kava tenders Tom, Sama, Heather, Tyler, and Liz 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, and cleanliness 10/10 , vibes 11/10. I would recommend.

Bula has honestly become one of my favorite spots in Tampa. The atmosphere is welcoming, laid-back, and the kind of place where you can either have deep conversations or just unwind after a long day. Huge shoutout to Tyler — hands down one of the best kavatenders I’ve met. He knows his stuff, makes great recommendations, and creates an environment that feels both fun and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the experience people have when they walk in. Whether you’re new to kava or a regular, this place just feels right. Good drinks, good energy, good people. Highly recommend.
